  1. Select Category in menu and search through our wide range of products until you find something that you like. Select size & color of of your selected product or make selection perfectly what you need to buy?
  2. Once you done with product selection click on “Add to cart”. (You can buy multiple items just select every criteria as you needed and click on “add to cart”)
  3. Go to cart and click on checkout.
  4. Enter Shipping and Billing Address and required information.
  5. Select payment mode or cash On Delivery. And click on “Place Order”.
  1. Once your order is placed successfully you will receive notifications on your entered mobile number and email.
  1. You will receive your order with our courier partner and sealed with fully packaged to reach your product at perfect condition.
  1. First check your account that is your money rolled back within 30-45 Minutes or not. If not then money will be roll back into your account within working 7 days or you can contact us on


  1. All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
  1. Because COD is not available on your postal code either make payment online or enter another shipping address on which COD is available.
  1. Whatever amount is given you while placing order that amount only you need to pay. THERE IS NO ANY HIDDEN CHARGES.

Shipping and Tracking

  1. Orders in India are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
  1. NAVIJERSEY provides FREE shipping for all orders that have paid with online facilities. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on COD.
  1. You can track your order in My Orders. (Login Into your account -> My Account -> Orders -> Select Your Order). Or you will receive tracking link in your email or SMS.
  1. For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund and the amount should reflect in your NAVIJERSEY wallet within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery. All online refunds will be credited into you’re NAVIJERSEY Wallet which you can use to shop on our site.
  2. The amount credited on return will be based on the product price at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered.
  1. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please try and avoid Professional Couriers as much as possible since we have been facing issues with them.

Return & Exchange

  1. It is mandatory that you write to us on with your Order No. and Full Name along with the reason for Exchange within 2 days of having received your product. Once we have acknowledged your email, you will be required to ship your product back to us at:

  1. You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.
  1. Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused.

Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us.
